Having learned about balance and body movement in various forms of dance and martial arts from a young age, Ger caught "the salsa bug" having seen a salsa show 7 years ago, while based in Cardiff in the UK. Having danced salsa since that time, he is now a member of Cork Dance studios performance group, Lee Motion. During his time in Cardiff, Ger fulfilled a long standing ambition and also trained in Ballroom and Latin dance. He says of his dance journey to date, "there is no such thing as two left feet, everyone can learn to dance and the fun to had along the way is absolutely worth every bruised toe!"
